This allowed for counter-offers and nuanced negotiations, ensuring that fewer viable businesses were turned away and more opportunities were captured.
This human-centric logic, powered by a sophisticated technical backbone, completely reshaped the broker experience. By providing real-time status updates and live communication channels, we replaced uncertainty with clarity, ensuring that increased volume never came at the expense of enhanced customer service.
The results of this collaboration were felt almost immediately. By streamlining the journey from application to decision, Lending Crowd saw a significant increase in conversion rates. The volume of applications they could handle expanded, leading to a substantial rise in revenue that reflected the true scale of their ambition.
